The Head Chef of KOKO, Chef Eric Sifu hails from Malaysia, mastering the art of creating and plating. He previously worked with Michelin star restaurant Din Tai Fung in Singapore. True to his roots, he has curated a menu rich in taste and versatility, specializing in Cantonese and Japanese dishes. KOKO specials include sumptuous dim sims, exquisite sushi, while other highlights on the menu are The Crispy Crackling Pork Belly, The Edamame Black Rice ﬂavoured with Burnt Garlic, Hamachi and New Zealand Lamb Chops, Roast Duck and the Goji Berry Sushi Roll.
UK based celebrity mixologist, Dimi Lezinska has curated KOKO’s signature bar menu by playing around with diverse ingredients like Matcha Tea, Seaweed, Parmesan and White Chocolate. A few KOKO favorites include: The Tom Yum Cup, The KOKO Master, The Funky Buddha and The Jamun Club.
