KOKO Bengaluru collaborated with Locale Firenze (#22 on World's Best Bar list 2025) for a unique bar takeover that introduced Florence’s signature cocktail style to the city. Known for its artisanal mixology and contemporary Italian elegance, Locale showcased 6 bespoke cocktails blending refined craftsmanship with inventive flavour profiles. Reliving the Magic of Raising the Bar; for the 3rd season, KOKO collaborated with Lilian Sasser from Clap Dubai. The vibrant ambience and masterfully crafted cocktails made it a memorable affair. It was a platform for creativity, innovation, and sheer mixological brilliance.

 
 
 

KOKO X CHEF LEE

A Cantonese Affair With Chef Lee Che Liang
(Currently The Head Chef At Park Chinois)

Known for redefining luxury dining experiences, the Tham Brothers in November 2022, collaborated with one of London's most celebrated Chef, Chef Lee Che Liang (currently the Head Chef at Park Chinois) the MasterChef of South East Asian cuisine for a limited edition week-long pop-up.

Chef Lee, presented an enticing mix of signature Cantonese dishes comprising masterpieces like the Poached Hot & Sour Dumpling, Singapore Chilli King Prawn, and Korean Kimchi Cottage Cheese to name a few.

 
 
 

KOKO X EMPLOYEE’S ONLY

A new concept at KOKO where we host international mixologists for a bar takeover for one night. In May 2022, KOKO successfully hosted Chief Mixologist, Bryan Bonifacio of Employees Only Singapore (Asia’s 50 Best Bars), with him making some of his best selling signature drinks for KOKO patrons.
